Voice type refrigerator temperature rise alarm circuit

Circuit working principle: TC622 (IC1) in the picture is a temperature controller that can set the control temperature
(single point temperature). The TC622 instrument needs to be connected to an external resistor or potentiometer to
set the control temperature point. It has OUT and an inverted OUT output. The output high level is greater than or
equal to 0.8 VDD, the output low level is less than or equal to 0.35 VDD, and the maximum output current can reach
1 mA. The device has an operating voltage of 18 ~ 45 V, an operating current of 200-600 μA, and a
temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. The internal comparator has hysteresis, and the temperature difference is 2°C.
