A simple tube sound fuzz mods circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:柯南道尔 Keywords: Electron tube CD4049 Updated: 2024/08/06
This tube sound fuzz mods circuit is taken from the book "Electronic Projects for Musicians" by Craig Andertons. This circuit uses CD4049 Hex inverters, which consist of six inverter units. Only two are used in this circuit, so the others are disabled by connecting their inputs to a positive voltage source and disconnecting their outputs. The parts with * are suggested values and can be freely replaced within 30%.
This layout also uses various pins differently than the original schematic for aesthetic purposes, the sound is not affected by these modifications. The layout is populated with "Tube sound fuzz", replace the components with "Llama" components if you implement these modules.
