Use CD 4060 to make a time controller as shown in the figure below. The moment the circuit is turned on, the differential circuit composed of R5 and C3 ensures that the delay time starts from zero. Under the action of the oscillation signal, the counter in the CD4060 starts to work. Pin 3 is the output end of the 14th level counter. To convert pin 3 from low level to high level, the time required is t=213×2.2KC (seconds), during this period, the low voltage output by pin 3 causes the transistor V to cut off. When the delay time comes, pin 3 jumps from low level to high level, and V is saturated and turned on through R6 current limiting, relay K is closed, and the load is powered. The delay time of this circuit can be adjusted arbitrarily within 2.1~4 hours.
