This circuit provides pulse width modulation with high duty cycle and complementary outputs. The flash input of G1 drives the gate output of the double zero circuit, turning off Q1. The voltage then passes through C1, the single junction transistor Q3 emits light, and then C1 discharges. The output of the single-junction transistor drives the output of G2 to a double-zero circuit.
