TLV3501 circuit description:

The TLV350x series of push-pull output comparators, have fast delay times from 4.5ns propagation delay and operate from +2.7V to +5.5V, making them ideal for low-voltage applications due to the over-the-rail input common-mode range. Rail-to-rail outputs can directly drive CMOS or TTL logic.

The Microsize package provides options for portable and space-constrained applications. Single (TLV3501) is available in SOT23-6 and SO-8 packages. Dual (TLV3502) comes in SOT23-8 and SO-8 packages.
