High-power switching power supply composed of L4970A

As shown in the figure is a high-power switching power supply  　　composed of L4970A . L4970A is a high-power monolithic switch integrated voltage regulator. The chip is packaged in SIP-15. Its characteristics are: (1) The input voltage must be >11V, usually between 15 and 40V; (2) Output voltage: fixed The output is 5.1V, which can also be set to an adjustable output through an external circuit , ranging from 5.1 to 40V; (3) The maximum output current is 10A; (4) The operating frequency is 200kHz; (5) Internal undervoltage detection and power-off reset are provided , power stage soft start and other special circuits .
