Interesting colored light circuit

As shown in the figure, this is an interesting toy circuit. After turning on the power switch, the three small colored lights will randomly emit red, green and orange. The circuit is mainly composed of six inverter CD4069 digital integrated circuits and three color-changing light-emitting diodes and other components.
Component selection: The integrated block uses CD4069 digital integrated circuit, which is a typical CMOS circuit. The light-emitting tube can use 2EF301 color-changing light-emitting diode. All resistors use small-volume (1/8)W carbon resistors, and capacitors use CD11-10V electrolytic capacitors. The power supply uses 4 No. 5 batteries. Other components are shown in the figure.
