度地减小了外部电感和电容的尺寸,从而节约了板面空
间和成本。内½振荡器的两种不同占空比由输入电压的
高½决定。通过这一方式改变占空比,输入电流峰值在
高输入电压时得以降½,并减少了电源元件上的输出纹
波电压和电应力。½输入电压较½时,占空比½换成一
个较大值,从而½够为通常由电池供电的便携式设备在
较½的输入电压范围内输出全功率。
MCP1650/51/52/53直接利用内½的½阻抗MOSFET来
驱动外部开关。
