ESCRIPTION
The ICS843301I-108 is a 75MHz Frequency
Generator and a member of the HiPerClocks
TM
family
HiPerClockS™
of high perfor mance devices from IDT. The
ICS843301I-108 uses a 20MHz crystal to synthesize
a 75MHz output. The device supports 0.5% down-
spread spread spectrum clocking. The ICS843301I-108 has
excellent <1ps phase jitter performance, over an integration
range of
900kHz - 7.5MHz.
The device is packaged in a small
8-pin TSSOP, making it ideal for use in systems with limited
board space.

18pF parallel resonant crystal

Output frequency: 75MHz

Supports SSC, 0.5% downspread
•
RMS phase jitter @ 75MHz, using a 20MHz crystal
(900kHz - 7.5MHz): 0.71ps (typical)
•
Full 3.3V or 2.5V operating supply
•
-40°C to 85°C ambient operating temperature
•
Available in both standard (RoHS 5) and lead-free (RoHS 6)
