DSC400-1111Q0090
Crystal-less™ Configurable Clock Generator
General Description
The DSC400-1111Q0090 is a four output
crystal-less™ clock generator. It utilizes Microchip's
proven PureSilicon™ MEMS technology to provide
excellent jitter and stability while incorporating
additional device functionality.
The frequencies of the outputs can be identical or
independently derived from two shared PLLs. Each
output may be configured independently to support
LVCMOS, LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output
standards.
The DSC400-1111Q0090 provides two independent
select lines for choosing between two sets of pre-
configured frequencies per bank. It also has two OE
pins to allow for enabling and disabling outputs.
Features
• Frequencies and output formats:
- 10MHz LVCMOS x 1
- 27MHz LVCMOS x 1
- 148.5MHz LVCMOS x 1
- 125MHz LVCMOS x 1
• Low RMS phase jitter: <1ps (typ)
• High stability: ±50ppm, ±25ppm
• Wide temperature range
- Ext. commercial: -20°C to +70°C
- Industrial: -40°C to +85°C

I want to compare data inside FPGA and output the maximum value, but there is a problem during simulation. I hope you can answer this question!
Let me first tell you my idea: I want to continuously send 8-bit data to the FPGA, and then send out the previous largest data (so I need to keep comparing) when a certain IO port is at a high level. ...
