概述
AD7626是一款16½、10 MSPS的电荷再分配逐次逼近型(SAR)
模数½换器(ADC)。SAR架构提供无与伦比的噪音性½
(91.5 dB SNR)和线性度(±0.45 LSB INL)。AD7626集成了一
个高速16½采样ADC、一个内部½换时钟和一个内部缓冲
基准源。在CNV上升沿,AD7626对IN+与IN-引脚之间的
电压差进行采样。这些引脚的电压在0
V½REF的反相范围
内摆动。基准电压(REF)为4.096
V;它既可以由内部产生,
也可以由外部提供。
所有½换结果通过一个LVDS自时钟串行接口或回波时钟
串行接口即可获得,从而减少了外部硬件连接。
AD7626采用32引脚5mm × 5 mm LFCSP
