Scotch
®
Box Sealing Tape 3732 and 3734 is a high performance packaging tape
used for box sealing, splicing, recouperage, and other demanding packaging
applications. This product has a heavy-duty, conformable backing and the most
consistent pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive system available. Scotch
®
Tape 3732
prominently exhibits a random printed message: IF SEAL IS BROKEN CHECK
CONTENTS BEFORE ACCEPTING. Scotch

Tape 3734 prominently exhibits a
random printed message: FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE.

Application Techniques
An extensive line of application equipment including hand held manual dispensers
and semi-automatic and fully automatic equipment is available. Application of
Scotch
®
Box Sealing Tape 3732 and 3734 is most easily accomplished at room
temperature. At colder temperatures, approaching 32°F (0°C), the adhesive becomes
more firm. Once applied, these tapes perform well throughout the normal temperature
range encountered by packaged products in shipping and storage environments.
Storage Conditions
Store in a clean, dry place. Temperature of 40-80°F (4-26°C) and 40 to 50% relative
humidity are recommended.
