It uses CD4069B six-NOT gate integrated circuit Di~D6, in which Di and D2 form
an ultra-low-frequency oscillator with adjustable frequency (adjusting potentiometer RP), Da serves as an inverter, and D acts as an inverter. ~D6 is connected in parallel as the output controller.
Adjust RP to change the flashing frequency. Photoresistor RG is used as the light control component.
