Diese "commodity" Produkte sind somit auch
bestens als Relaisersatz geeignet. Unsere
Strategie "Silicon instead of heatsink"
setzen wir hier um. So wird es durch unsere
neue S-Smart Technologie erstmals
möglich, einen voll geschützen 50 mΩ
Schalter im SOT-223 Gehäuse zu realisieren.

Fully protected low-side-switches for
lowest prices, these are our new HITFETs
of the second generation (see Table). So
these "commodity" products are also a
perfect Relay replacement. Here, our
strategy "Silicon instead of heatsink"
becomes true. Due to our new S-Smart
technology, it is possible for the first time
to realize a fully protected 50 mΩ switch
in SOT-223 package.

these products will switch slowly (< 1V/µs).
