PROCÉDURE DE MONTAGE
:
- Passer les cheminées A sur les faisceaux avant l'insertion des câbles
dans les modules.
- Ramener la tresse sur la cheminée A et cercler à l'aide du collier
BAND-IT largeur 3 mm et d'une pince de cerclage GLENAIR 600-061.
- Monter le capot B sur la fiche ou l'embase à l'aide de l'outil
Réf.
006101 002 00.
- Insérer les modules dans les cavités Rep. A.B.C.D en se rapportant à la
codification, puis les cheminées A sur le capot B
- Monter le dos de capot C à l'aide de l'outil Réf.
006101 002 00.
Couple de serrage des vis de capot et de fixation : 0,5 Nm à 0,7 Nm maxi

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS :
-
Insert bundle through pipes A before inserting cable into modules.
-
Pull back the braid on pipe A and crimp with a 3 mm wide BAND-IT
band using a GLENAIR 600-061 crimping tool.
-
Assemble cover B on the plug or receptacle using tool
P/N
006101 002 00.
-
Insert the modules into cuppings A.B.C.D. in accordance with
polarization, then pipes A on cover B .
- Mount the back of cover C with tool P/N
006101 002 00.
Cover and fixation screw torque: 0,5 Nm to 0,7 Nm maximum
