Description
The SMA1305 series of fixed attenuators are specified from
DC–2.5 GHz in industry standard SOT-143 surface mount
plastic packages. They are constructed using thin film
resistors in a balanced TEE configuration on silicon
substrates, resulting in precise devices with narrow
tolerance, good flatness and low SWR.
