Twice the Life!
Type 500C capacitors are designed for mainframe computers and other long life
UPS and power supply filter applications. They deliver nearly as much capacitance
as the Type DCMC capacitors, but with two times the life expectancy. They are an
excellent choice for high ripple applications. The extended cathode foil of the 500C
assures cool operation with heat flow from the capacitor element to the can.
