ULTRAFAST SOFT RECOVERY DIODE MODULE
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
These 500A ultrafast diode Applica-
tion Specific Power Modules are
designed for high frequency switch-
ing where trr and the softness of the
recovery mechanism are key param-
eters to minimize losses and EMI/
RFI problems.
The screw on power terminals make
the connection with other power de-
vices easy while the stray induc-
tance is kept at a minimum.
