2. High dielectric constant : Er=38
3. Resonant frequency temperature coefficient can
be chosen from -4 to 10ppm/(degree C). Tolerance of
the frequency temperature coefficient can be chosen
from +-0.5, +-1, and +-2 ppm/(degree C).
4. Resonant frequency can be chosen from 1.5 to
12.5GHz.

Is there any information about EVB variable length encoding? It is not a development tool. The EVB here is only used for data description.
Remember that 0 means there is no longer data bit, and 1 means there is a longer data bit....
