Power switch control circuit diagram

This circuit uses 50 BUZ23 field effect transistors in parallel. The blocking voltage of the tubes is 100V. The required control power is extremely small, and there will be no secondary breakdown and positive temperature coefficient of the conduction section. Since the current in the entire circuit is very large, 50 gate resistors and components are connected in parallel.

In order to discharge the energy stored in the load loop wire inductance, an absorption loop consisting of 20 RC elements connected in parallel is connected between the drain and the source.
