概述
ADR3412/ADR3420/ADR3425/ADR3430/ADR3433/ADR344
0/ADR3450均为½成本、½功耗、高精度CMOS基准电压
源,具有±0.1%的初始精度、½工½电流和½输出噪声特
性,采用SOT-23小型封装。为实现高精度,在最终组装阶
段,利用ADI公司的Digi-Trim®专利技术对输出电压和温度
系数进行了数字调整。
½输出电压温度迟滞特性和½长期输出电压漂移进一步提
高了这些器件的稳定性和系统可靠性。此外,½工½电流
(最大100
A)½这些器件适合用在½功耗设备中,½输出
噪声则有助于保持关键信号处理系统的信号完整性。
这些CMOS基准电压源可提供较½的输出电压范围,所有
器件的额定温度范围均为−40°C至+125°C扩展工业温度范
围。
