LD108x Low Drop Positive

Voltage Regulators

From 1.5 to 5A Fixed and Adjustable

The LD108x family of Low Drop Voltage Regulators provides an output current up to 5A, 3A and

1.5A. Drop out is guaranteed at a maximum of 1.5V at the maximum output current, over the full

temperature range decreasing at lower loads. The LD108x family is pin compatible with older

3-terminal adjustable regulators and offers better performance in terms of drop and output tolerance.

On chip trimming allows the regulator to reach a very tight output voltage tolerance, within ±1% at

25°C. Pin to pin compatible with the market standards, the LD108x family is an ideal candidate to

replace, and even upgrade your applications.
