DESCRIPTION
The TK631XXBB6 type, the TK631XXH type and the
TK631XXS type are CMOS LDO Regulator ICs. The
packages are FC-4, SON2017-6 and SOT23-5.
They are designed for portable applications with space
requirements, battery powered system and any electronic
equipment.
They do not require a noise-bypass capacitor.
They offer low dropout voltage.
The output voltage is internally fixed from 1.5V to 4.2V.

は、CMOS½½和レギュレータICです。パッケージはFC-
4、SON2017-6、SOT23-5を揃えています。
高密度実装を要求される携帯機器、バッテリ½用機器や一般
機器等に最適です。
ノイズパス容量を必要としません。
½い入出力間電圧降下を特長とします。
出力電圧は内部固定で、1.5V
~ 4.2Vで設定可½です。
