The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMLD6263 Series
incorporates two pair, high voltage, low VF Silicon
Diodes in a space saving SOT-563 surface mount
package. These diodes are designed for fast switching
applications requiring a low forward voltage drop.
