CMPP6028 are Silicon Programmable Unijunction
Transistors, manufactured in a surface mount
SOT-23 package, designed for adjustable
(programmable) characteristics such as, Valley Current
(IV), Peak Current (IP), and Intrinsic Standoff Ratio (η).
