SPECIFICATION SHEET
Industrial Ethernet patch cords shall be constructed of
Category 5e, industrial grade, solid, twisted pair cable
for UTP and STP installations. Each patch cord shall be
pre-terminated to include Category 5e industrial plugs
on each end which are wired according to the T568B
standard. Tethered caps shall be available to protect
connectivity in un-mated conditions. An IP67 rating shall
be achieved when mated with an IP67 bayonet style
industrial connector.

Patch Cords provide
reliability and high performance, as an integral
component to the end-to-end solution, for Industrial
Network applications. In the mated conditions, these
patch cords can withstand high temperature and
high vibration, commonly found in metal forming
or automotive manufacturing. The IP67 rating is
imperative in the food and beverage industries
where wash down is common. Pre-integrated
tethered caps allow for the plugs to be protected in
their unmated condition, such as during shipping,
storage, installation or maintenance.
