The R1150H Series are CMOS-based 24V input voltage regulators featuring 90mA to 150mA output. R1150H with a built-in voltage
detector is available in four versions. The differences between these versions are in CE pin, points to be detected, and output delay
time. R1150H’s input voltage as high as Max. 24V makes it suitable for use in digital home appliances and car accessories
