BD6662FS
Description
The BD6662FS is applicable for high speed slim
type CD-ROM due to the charging pump circuit.
This device is equipped with a current limiter,
FG output, reverse protection, rotational direction
detection, and is also power saving. With the use
of direct PWM drive method and MOS FET output,
BD6662FS is very functional and highly efficient.
