概述
ADR5040/ADR5041/ADR5043/ADR5044/ADR5045均为高精
度分流基准电压源,针对空间受限的应用而设计,采用超
小型SC70和SOT-23封装,具有多用途、易于½用的特点,
适合众多应用领域。此外还具有½温度漂移、优于0.1%的
初始精度和快速建立时间特性。
ADR5040/ADR5041/ADR5043/ADR5044/ADR5045分别提供
2.048 V、2.5 V、3.0 V、4.096 V和5.0 V输出电压,其先进的
设计无需外部电容来提供补偿,而且½用任½容性负½½均
可保持稳定。工½电流范围为50
A至15 mA。这些基准电
压源的½工½电流特性和易用性,½之非常适合手持式电
池供电应用。额定温度范围为−40°C至+125°C扩展温度范
围。ADR5041W和ADR5044W均已通过½½应用认证,并
可提供3引脚SOT-23封装。
