FEATURES
• These varistors have a large nonlinear voltage coefficient (α)
and superior surge absorption performance. Asymmetrical
degradation is particularly small.
• Low maximum clamping voltage. Provides superior protection.
• These small varistors are able to absorb high-energy surges.
• Outstandingly short response times to sharp surge peaks.
• Symmetric V-I curve characteristics. Even after surge
absorption, little loss of symmetry.
• May be used over a wide temperature range due to excellent
thermal characteristics.
