Description
The AS406R2-01 is a GaAs IC FET SPDT reflective
switch. This device is ideal for microstrip applications.
Since the FETs are independently biased, both arms of
the switch can be turned on or off. The AS406R2-10 is the
gullwing version of this device for surface mount
applications.
