is able to supply 500mA.
Its output device is N channel MOSFET and Over
Voltage Protection, Over Current Protection and
Thermal Shutdown circuit are built-in.
NJW4820 is corresponding to logic control.
NJW4820 is suitable for Power-line driving that
motor, solenoid and lamp and so on.
