Single 2-input NAND gate
Features
AiP74LVC1G00 provides a 2-input NAND gate function.
The input can be either 3.3 V or 5 V, and these features allow the circuit to be used in a mixed 3.3 V and 5 V environment.
Schmitt triggers on all input ports allow the circuit to tolerate slower input rise and fall times.
In the power-down application mode, the circuit uses the IOFF current, which shuts down the output while preventing the backflow current from damaging the circuit.
