概述
ADP2370/ADP2371均为高效率、½静态电流、800
mA降压
DC-DC½换器,采用小型8引脚、3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP
(QFN)封装。整个解决方案仅需三个小型外部元件。
降压调节器采用专有高速电流模式、恒频PWM控制方
案,具有出色的稳定性和瞬态响应。这些器件内½高效率
同步整流器结构,因而无需外部整流器。
为 确 保 便 携 式 应 用 的 电 池 ½ 用 寿 ½ 最 长 ,
ADP2370/
ADP2371提供变频省电模式,在½½½条件下可降½开关频
率。这些器件采用3.2
V至15 V输入电压工½,允许½用多
个碱性电池/NiMH电池、锂电池或其它标准电源为其供电。
ADP2370/ADP2371提供多种选择来设½工½频率。既可以
将这些器件与600
kHz至1.2 MHz频率的外部时钟同步,也
可以通过FSEL引脚½其强制工½在600
kHz或1.2 MHz频率。
