DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMNDM7001 is
an N-Channel Enhancement-mode Silicon MOSFET,
manufactured by the N-Channel DMOS Process,
designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and driver
applications. This MOSFET offers Low rDS(ON) and
Low Threshold Voltage.
