Dual Mainboards

The FX-7220 is equipped with

a primary mainboard using two

powerful Intel® Xeon® E5-2600

v2 series processors that handle

core network applications and

has room for a custom secondary

mainboard that is dedicated to a

secondary function such as net-

work processing.

Selection of I/O Blades

With up to three warm swappa-

ble blades, the FX-7220 can be

configured with up to 36 1GbE

or 12 10GbE network ports in an

array of SFP or copper combina-

tions. With two Quad-channel

DDR3 modules and two remov-

able SATA hard drive bays, the

FX-7220 can easily be expanded

to fulfill future needs.

All in one Compact Chassis

The FX-7220 is the most power-

ful yet compact security appliance

in the industry. It is 70 percent

smaller in size and saves 70 per-

cent more energy than its coun-

terparts.

Combined with an advanced I/O

blade design and field-replace-
