DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR BCX51, BCX52,
and BCX53 types are PNP Silicon Transistors
manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy
molded in a surface mount package, designed for high
current general purpose amplifier applications.
