●Excellent environmental characteristics, including heat and shock resistance.
●Excellent electrical performance, ideal for OA (office automation), AV (audiovisual),
Bluetooth and Wireless LAN applications.
●Lead-free. Meets the requirements for re-flow profiling using lead-free solder.
