The MTA-100 IDC connector system is a wire-to-board and wire-to-wire system with contacts in a single row on .100 [2.54mm] centerline. The

design features wire feed-through capability for daisy-chain applications.

Features and Benefits

• Connectors and headers for positions 2-28, shrouded headers 2-14

• Terminates 28-22 AWG discrete wire or notched ribbon cable

• Molded ribs on housing prevent reverse mating

• Color coded housing for wire gauge

• Insulation Displacement Contacts (IDC) eliminates need to strip wires

• Connectors and headers, except shrouded headers, are end-to-end stackable

• Contacts are lubricated for fretting corrosion protection

• 250V, 5A contact rating

• Tin, 15 & 30 gold plating options

• Audible latch for wire-to-wire (posted) housings
