General Description
This is the product guarantees long time support in
Industrial market.
The BD80C0AFPS-LB and BD90C0AFPS-LB are
low-saturation regulators. These ICs have built in over
current protection to protect the device when output is
shorted and thermal shutdown circuit to protect the
device during over load conditions.
