ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
A) Mount cable extension (item 1) t o rear tapped combination rail centered
to drawer or shelf. Use 10-32 screws (item 2) thru oblong slots on flat
hinge bracket as shown in assembly view.
B) Check extension in closed position by pushing drawer/shelf fully closed.
Min distance of .67”(17mm) allowed. See Fig. 1. If extension is binding
adjust rear combination rail towards rear until .67”(17mm) or greater is
achieved.
C) Mark hole centers on drawer/shelf thru oblong slots, center punch and
drill 13/64 (.203)/5.2mm dia. ho le as shown in assembly view. Mount
extension to drawer or shelf using 10-32 screw, flat washer and hex nut
(items 2, 3 & 4).
D) With cable extension mounted to the corner vertical and drawer/shelf,
pull drawer/shelf out and check that the e xtension does not exceed the
29.2”/ 742mm MAX EXTENSION shown in fig. 2.
E) Fasten ribbon cable to extension using cable ties provided thru desired
slots on extension.
