The S-25A080A/160A/320A is a SPI serial E
2
PROM which
operates under the high temperature, at high speed, with low
current consumption and the wide range operation. The S-
25A080A/160A/320A respectively has the capacity of 8 Kbit,
16 Kbit, 32 Kbit and the organization of 1024 words
×
8-bit,
2048 words
×
8-bit, 4096 words
×
8-bit, is able to Page Write
and sequential read.
