package test vendors for the ProASIC

3 and ProASIC3E devices. This affects all ProASIC3/E

device, package, speed grades, and temperature grades that are listed in Table 1. Package

testing can be performed at Actel (Mountain View, CA), Ardentec (Taiwan), STATSChipPAC

(Singapore) and ASAT (China).
