Ultra precision tantalum
nitride resistance element
on high purity alumina.
Rugged, molded
construction.
IRC’s TaNFilm®, Small Outline Integrated Circuit resistor networks are ideally suited for surface mounting.
The 0.05 inch lead spacing provides higher lead density, increased component count, lower installed resistor
cost, and better reliability. They are ideally suited for the latest surface mount assembly techniques, and each
lead can be 100% visually inspected. The compliant leads relieve thermal expansion and contraction stressed
created by soldering and temperature excursions.
The tantalum nitride film system provides precision tolerance, exceptional TCR tracking, and low noise.
TaNFilm® provides stability, high reliability, and long life characteristics. Testing has demonstrated performance
exceeding MIL-PRF-83401 characteristics H.

GUB Series Issue November 2008 Sheet 1 of 3
I just started learning analog electronics and I have a question... Why is the saturation voltage drop of a low-power silicon triode 0.3V? Can someone explain it clearly?
The analog electronics books define it this way: the tube voltage drop at critical saturation of a triode is Vce=Vbe, that is, Vbc=0. The saturation voltage drop of the silicon tube area VCES is 0.3V,...

【Show samples】+ Sample application process
My sample arrived today. Haha, let me show it off. I personally feel that the design kit is more practical, and it won't be a waste if I have the chance to do it. So I applied for the TI design kit.Us...
