1. 271N is accomplished by devel-
opment of higher purity tantalum
powder and other materials, and
improvement of pelleting and
anodizing process condition. The
feature is that solder heat resis-
tance was improved 260°C to
330°C and temperature range of
continuous usage was improved
125°C to 150°C with specified
voltage derating.
2. Moisture resistance :
85°C 85%R.H. 1000h
3. This type is especially suitable for
ECU(Electronics Control Unit),
Automatic Transmission and oth-
ers in the engine room, and for
High Reliability applications such as
PBX(Private Branch Exchange).
