Tight tracking resistance tolerance of ±0.01% and tracking temperature coefficient of resistance of ±1ppm°C
are achieved. Under high temperature and humidity of 85°C and 85% RH, and at 155°C (1000 hours opera-
tion), superior reliability of less than ±0.1% change in resistance.
