oscillators based on MEMS technology with high

performance and low jitter

7 x 5mm (IQMS-500, 501, 502, 503)

5 x 3.2mm (IQMS-510, 511, 512, 513)

3.2 x 2.5mm (IQMS-520, 521, 522, 523)

2.5 x 2mm (IQMS-530, 531, 532, 533)

temperature range (inclusive of supply voltage variation, load
