nitride resistor ﬁlm system. Rugged, welded lead construction eliminates fragile wire bond construction and

provides superior surface mount reliability. These parts are screened per MIL-PRF-83401 then upgraded to

the stringent screening requirements for NASA space ﬂight requirements.
