Features
T-1 package with rectangular base.
With built-in blinking IC.
Operation voltage from 3.5V to 14V.
Blinking frequency from 3.0Hz to 1.5Hz.
RoHS compliant.
Descriptions
The High Efficiency Red source color devices are made
with Gallium Arsenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide
Orange Light Emitting Diode.
Electrostatic discharge and power surge could damage
the LEDs.
It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-
electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs.
All devices, equipments and machineries must be
electrically grounded.
