Automatic temperature control circuit using temperature control ASIC TC620

As shown in the figure, the circuit is composed of a temperature control sensing switch, an upper and lower temperature limit LED display circuit, a thyristor control circuit, an analog sound circuit and an AC step-down rectifier circuit. This temperature control circuit can automatically control the temperature within the set upper and lower limits. The temperature measurement accuracy is within the range of ±3°C. The temperature control effect is ideal and it can also provide over-temperature indication.
